    It's a HUGE day today with the release of GeoBase version 3.0!

    This leads to the next part of the announcement... GeoZone, the new GeoBase Developer Portal.

    Included in the new GeoZone is:


    • Slick new design aimed at making it easy to find and use great resources.
    • Get notified instantly when new data is available for your region (for customers only).
    • Much clearer explanation of data files
    • Sample data for new regions - giving you the ability to test a new region before deploying a production ready application.
    • One stop location for all GeoBase development including tutorials, whitepapers, sample-code and documentation.
    • Solutions provided by GeoBase partners such as Navteq, Tele Atlas, Digitalglobe, AT&T and many others.
    • Choice of downloading Navteq or Tele Atlas data with your SDK.
    • Ability to comment on articles.
    • New forum (which you are obviously looking at) so you can find information faster.
